Practitioners, not lecturers

The people who create the value.

KIMA LBE was founded by operators, and it is run by them. Every case in every room belongs to someone who was actually there.

Co-founders

Two houses, one road.

KIMA Academy owns Lead and Excel. KIMA Scale owns Scale. Between them they carry a senior professional from their first cohort to an international contract.

Rola Nassar Bisharat

CEO & Partner, KIMA LBE · KIMA Academy — owns Lead and Excel

Two decades of senior leadership, including CCO and Head of Strategy at GM Israel, across venture creation, growth strategy and product-market fit. Rola founded the Academy on a simple conviction: capable people are the cause, and successful companies are the consequence.

She leads the ELM programs, the Excel ecosystem work — startup schools, accelerators and the Venture Factory — and teaches from her own decisions rather than someone else’s case study.

Shadie Bisharat

Partner, KIMA LBE · KIMA Scale — owns Scale

Serial entrepreneur, lecturer and investor working across strategic management, global sales and organisational transformation — including growing ARKAL from $40M to $130M. CEO of the Fomotive Group.

Shadie leads KIMA Scale: the market corridors, the shared sales and operations infrastructure, and the Scalerator cohorts that turn a growth mindset into a scale mindset.

The experts and venture factory partners

Faculty, mentors and partners.

The people who teach the sessions, coach the cohorts and open the markets. Every framework in a KIMA room belongs to one of them.

How we choose who teaches

A standard before a curriculum.

We add a case, a framework or a program only when someone who has actually done the work can teach it. That is the whole admissions policy for faculty.

It is also why fellows can question the call with the person who made it — and why every framework is tested against a live decision the same day it is introduced.
