The KIMA Collective is a standing network of senior leaders and mentors who hire, advise, invest in and build with one another. The programs end. The room doesn’t.
Not an alumni mailing list. A working group of operators, investors and executives who mentor each other, open doors, and push one another into higher-achieving roles — because they have all been in the same room, working the same real decisions.
Belonging is the “B” in KIMA LBE, and it is the part that compounds. Leadership can be taught in a cohort. Entrepreneurship can be practised on a venture. Belonging is what remains once both are finished — and it is the reason a KIMA leader keeps growing after the program is over.
Senior members coach the ones a step behind them — formally in the programs, informally for years afterwards.
Members recruit from the Collective first. A trusted room is a shorter hiring process.
Introductions between programs, into ventures, and into markets — including the corridors KIMA Scale has already opened.
Members start companies together, advise each other’s boards, and staff each other’s first cycles.
Fellows of the ELM programs, Israel Innovation Authority cohorts one and two — written during and at the end of the program.
ELM Cohort 1
It’s a life changing program. Motivation to keep going, learning from the masters. The success at the end of the way is more clear than ever.
I am now a strategic, confident leader equipped to create real business value.
ELM gives you a new perspective, a clear and new lens to affect, improve, lead and touch other lives.
It’s more than a program. It’s life changing, personality changing, career changing. Rola and Shadie are great mentors — their words changed my insight on leadership.
ELM is the kind of program that gave me guidance on how to move forward in my career in a way that best suits me, with tools I can apply in any role.
ELM gave me the clarity I needed to manage employees I previously struggled with.
ELM Cohort 2
Theory without practice is useless. The negotiation simulation proved me wrong on how well I apply this day to day — one of the most successful simulations I have participated in.
Being a leader requires a lot of learning and practice. I learned that I need to pick the frameworks that fit my personality, communication traits, and style.
I’m a better negotiator than before. I had a great time understanding the analysis of negotiation overall.
I’m taking a step back to zoom out, understand what truly matters, and focus on aligning people around outcomes rather than positions.
Analyzing Rola’s story — only then do you truly comprehend the principles. I will not take the Circles of Influence for granted.
Rola’s case study delivered everything that was needed to learn from a real-life example.
The full wall lives at the Academy
The Collective forms inside the Academy’s programs, so that is where the complete record lives: the full Fellows wall, the mentors and advisory board, and the alumni journeys in detail.
Complete an Academy program and you are in the Collective for good. ELM enrols by application, including a short interview.
